Multicarrier Power Amplifiers
We design and manufacture high power linearized power amplifiers in bands from 380 MHz to 2.7 GHz. These are power amplifiers with internal pre-distortion (IMD correction circuitry) that can produce high power signals with low distortion products regardless of modulation type.
Predistored Power Amplifiers
We design and manufacture high power linearized power amplifiers in bands from 380 MHz to 2.7 GHz. These are power amplifiers with internal pre-distortion (IMD correction circuitry) that can produce high power signals with low distortion products regardless of modulation type.
High Efficiency Amplifiers
We design and manufacture high efficiency power amplifiers of class A and B. We have achieved efficiency up to 65% on single stages amplifiers and up to 50 percent with amplifiers with high gain and built in switching power supplies for battery operations.
Bidirectional Amplifiers
We design and manufacture bi-directional power amplifiers. These are power amplifiers for capturing, amplifying amd repeating cellular signals in large indoor and outdoor environments.
Low noise Amplifiers
We design and manufacture low noise power amplifiers. The low noise amplifier (LNA) is a special type of electronic amplifier used in communication systems to amplify very weak signals captured by an antenna. We have standard designs with less than a .8 dB noise figure with input IIP3 of > 25 dBm. .
In addition we design and produce dual amplifiers and amplifiers with internal filters.
